Ulun Danu Beratan Temple is known for its picturesque location on a lake in the mountains.
The temple complex consists of five compounds of temples and one Buddhist stupa, most of which were made with an orange brick. The structures on the lake are vertically organized, mimicking the surrounding mountains.
